    Soak vermicelli in warm water 8 minutes; drain and shake dry.

    Bloom curry powder and turmeric in oil until fragrant.

    Sear shrimp and char siu; add pepper and scallion.

    Add vermicelli and soy; toss with chopsticks to coat evenly.

  5. 05

    Fold in scrambled egg last.
