Stir-fry pork, shrimp, cabbage, and sprouts with seasoning; cool.

Roll 3 tbsp filling in each wrapper, sealing tight with egg wash.

Fry at 340°F for 3 minutes to set; rest.

Re-fry at 375°F for 90 seconds until blistered.
